Drew Turner, a Charleston native and Principal of Ashley Cooper Properties, brings over 15 years of experience in commercial general contracting, owner’s representation, consulting, and institutional-level development. Throughout his career working for some of the largest and most respected firms in the industry, Drew has managed over $815 million in large-scale commercial projects across the country in various markets and asset classes. He applies this expertise to execute local developments with institutional-level precision, overseeing due diligence, financial modeling, design, construction, risk mitigation, and asset strategy to ensure best-in-class results.
